Privacy policy

This policy explains what Seasonal Pour does with personal information collected on this website. We are a pop-up drink stand in the Greenville area.
What we collect
If you send a request from the booking form, you give us:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- The date, time, occasion, and place you ask about
- Anything you type in the notes
- The fact that you agreed to this policy and the terms of service
We use that information to reply to the request by email or phone, and to keep a record of what was asked. We do not add you to a marketing list. We do not send promotional emails, texts, or calls.
If the form cannot send, the page offers a link that opens your email app with the details you typed. Your browser keeps that link until you leave the page.
What we do not collect
- Accounts, passwords, or payment card numbers
- Online orders, subscriptions, or automatic charges
- Health, financial-account, or school records
- Information we know came from a child under 13
This site has no AI feature and does not make automated decisions about you.
Who else receives it
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
- FormSubmit receives the booking form and emails it to us. Their policy is at formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf.
- Vercel hosts this website. Vercel processes technical data needed to deliver the page, such as IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site. Their policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- The schedule is a Google Calendar frame. Your browser contacts Google to show it. We do not get a report of that visit from Google. Google’s policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
We may also share a request if the law requires it, or if we need to protect the stand, a guest, or someone else’s rights.
Cookies
This site does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
The Google Calendar frame may set Google’s own cookies when it loads. You can still read the page and send a request if that frame is blocked.
How long we keep it
A request lives in our email. We keep it while we need it to answer you and to remember what was agreed. Email us if you want it deleted. We will delete it unless we still need it for a tax record, a dispute, or because the law says to keep it. FormSubmit’s policy describes any copy they keep in order to deliver the email.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct, or delete the details from a request, or to ask a question about this policy. If the law where you live gives you extra privacy rights, you can use this same email. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context advertising.
Children
This site is not for children under 13, and the booking form is for adults arranging a market, party, or other event. If we learn that we have information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
Security
The form is sent over an encrypted connection. The website does not store a customer database, passwords, or card numbers. A request is only as private as email. Contact us if you think a request reached someone who should not have it, and we will tell you what we know and what we are doing about it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. A request you already sent stays under the policy that was posted when you sent it.
