Terms of service

These terms cover this website and requests sent through it for Seasonal Pour, a pop-up drink stand in the Greenville area. The privacy policy explains what we do with personal information.
Requests are not bookings
The form asks us for a time. Sending it does not reserve that time, and it is not a contract. We reply by email or phone to say whether we can make it. We can say no. The time is held only when we confirm it.
Please send accurate details, and only send someone else’s information if they asked you to. You agree that we may email or call you about that request. That reply is not a marketing list.
You can cancel a request, or a time we already confirmed, by email or phone. Tell us as soon as you can. We do not charge a cancellation fee unless we told you about that fee when we confirmed.
Menu, prices, and payment
The menu shows current booth prices. Those prices can change, and the menu changes with the season. You pay the booth price when you order, unless we confirmed a different price for a private event.
This website does not take payment. Sending a request is free. There is no membership, no subscription, and nothing renews on its own. For a private event, any price is agreed when we confirm, before the event. If that confirmation and these terms disagree about the event, the confirmation controls for that event.
Ingredients and allergens
Ask us about ingredients and allergens before you order. Drinks are made to order at a shared booth. Nothing on this site is medical or nutrition advice.
The schedule
Dates on the schedule are plans. Weather, the market, or we may change them. Check the schedule before you come. A date on the calendar is not a promise that every drink on the menu will be available that day.
Using the site
Don’t misuse the form, try to break the site, or send a request you do not mean. We can ignore a request that looks like spam or that we cannot safely fulfill.
The words and pictures
The name, logo, photos, and words we publish here belong to us or are used with permission. Please don’t copy the logo or present this stand as yours. Nunito and Patrick Hand are used under the SIL Open Font License. Those license files are stored with the fonts.
Other websites
A link to a market leaves this site. That site has its own terms and privacy policy, and we don’t control it.
When the schedule is turned on, it loads from Google Calendar. Google’s terms and privacy policy apply to that frame.
Responsibility
We try to keep this site accurate. If a price or a date on the site is wrong, the booth and our confirmation control. We are responsible for the drinks we serve. We are not responsible for things we do not control, including a market’s hours, the weather, or another website. We are not responsible for indirect losses.
These limits apply only as far as the law allows. They do not limit any responsibility the law says cannot be limited. You can still use small claims court where it is available to you.
South Carolina law
South Carolina law governs these terms. Disputes about the website or a request can be brought in the state or federal courts in Greenville County, South Carolina, unless a law that protects you lets you bring the claim somewhere else.
Changes
We can update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. The new terms apply to requests sent after that date. A request already sent stays under the terms posted when you sent it.
